Hi, I’m Nicole!

If you constantly feel like you’re attempting to dance with life while doing your damndest not to miss a beat, I’ve been there and I’ve got you!

For the first two and a half decades of my life, I would have rather gone out of my way, sacrifice my sleep, routine, schedule, joy and sanity at times, to get it all done and try to make everyone happy at the same time!

When my husband and I first started dating, I thought the secret to living a legendary life was about finding the “right” person, and then everything else would just magically align…

Yeah… that didn’t happen.

After years of unsuccessfully trying to find the solution to juggling many balls and wearing too many hats, I discovered that in order to lead a more fulfilling existence, grant myself permission to pursue pleasure and accomplish my life goals… achieving a balanced existence became essential.

So I devoted my time to more learning and leading myself into spaces where I could grow, be coached and break through to new heights. Through my training to become a Sex Therapist and Intimacy Coach as well as my own journey of life/business coaching, I developed my own methodology to solve this issue.

What I discovered allowed me to live life full out, to have a career, be present with my kiddos, and enjoy intimacy and pleasure with my husband. My discovery of The Equilibrium Code has now helped hundreds of other women do the same!
